The location of the hostel was ideal as it was close to the center of town without being overrun by tourists. Guests praised the spacious common area and kitchen where they could socialize and meet other travelers. the outside seating area offered a beautiful view, especially on clear days, and provided a relaxing spot with a hammock. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice on activities and organizing tours. the free breakfast was tasty, with delicious pancakes and fresh fruit.
One minor drawback mentioned by a guest was the early check-out time of 10am.

during our honeymoon in monteverde, we had a fabulous stay at a cozy hostel. the staff was amazing, the breakfast was tasty, and the location was perfect for exploring the town without the tourist crowds. met some awesome fellow travelers too!

The staff is helpful and can assist with tour bookings and transportation. There's a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms with hot showers, and a delicious self-serve breakfast. The hostel has a friendly and social atmosphere, perfect for meeting other young travelers.

Great host, good breakfast, close to town center and supermarket, enjoyable evenings, surprise wildlife visits. Brilliant view, friendly and helpful staff, cute dog, convenient location. Home-like atmosphere, easy to meet people, nice terrace with hammock, simple but satisfying breakfast, helpful staff with tour advice. Convenient bus stop for Monteverde Cloud Forest tour nearby.
